Power stage motor simulator

Using FPGA high-speed real-time simulation technology, inverter-to-drag technology to simulate motors and mechanical loads, the test objects are controllers and drives. This method can achieve a more comprehensive test for the control system, breaking the technological monopoly of foreign manufacturers. The power-level motor simulator does not need to provide a current feedback interface for the finished controller under test. It can change the size of the motor load through parameter adjustment, and test the motor controller logic and the performance of the drive under real current conditions.


The power-level motor simulator is mainly composed of two parts, a real-time simulation subsystem and a motor power simulation subsystem. The real-time simulation subsystem is responsible for the real-time calculation of the motor model and the current composite control model; the motor power simulation load subsystem realizes the simulation of the three-phase load current through the converter technology.
